You will need for crepes:

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of pepper
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • oil for frying

For serving:

  • 3 tbsp green peas, cooked or from a can
  • 1 cup (150g) natural yogurt
  • ½ avocado
  • few slices of ham
  • salt, pepper
  • chilli flakes
  • green leafs of your choice

Mix ingredients for crepes in a bowl and fry on a pan with a little bit of oil until golden on both sides.

In a bowl mix yogurt with pieces of avocado, peas, cut slices of ham and spices. Divide it between two plates, add few green leaves and place rolled crepe on top.
