You will need:

1 cup quinoa

2 cups strawberries

1.5 cups orange juice

1 cup water

1 tbsp agave sirup

zest 1/2 orange

1/2 vanilla bean

pinch of salt

pinch of cinnamon

pinch of ginger

Place everything in a pot, bring to boil and then reduce the temperature to low and cook until all juice evaporates (about 15 minutes).

Serve with pistachios, yogurt or fruits.
